Trip Report

McKenzie River Trail has been cleared for the 16½ miles provided for in the Forest Service agreement, therefore, location of trip changed to the Sawtooth Trail. Drove to Eagles Rest trailhead and hiked from there to Sawtooth trail. We were pleased to find that there was not much clearing to be done. Had lunch on top of Hardesty. This completes trail maintenance provided for in Forest Service agreement. Trail maintainers were John Cecil, Fred Schepman, Gladys Grancorvitz, Wilbur Groner and leader K.C. Kraft.
