Trip Report

A congenial and ambitious group of five Obsidians headed for the Owl Cabin Way junction with the Eugene to Cascade Crest Trail. It was a, beautiful and sunny Wednesday morning. The hard-working crew built about a quarter mile of new trail. Stops were made at the Sportsman's Cafe and at the Dairy Queen in Pleasant Hill on the way home. Trail builders were John Cecil, Catherine Jones, Paula Vehrs, Margaret Wiese and leader K.C. Kraft.
