Trip Report

A nice day for a climb. We left Eugene at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, drove down I-5 to Roseburg. We took the North Umpqua to Clearwater Falls campground. Met Jerry at Diamond Lake Resort at 5:30 sunday morning, began climb at 6:15. The weather was beautiful; the snow was a little hard going up. Arrived on top at 11:00, took an hour for lunch, then started back down. The snow is now soft; arrived at cars at 1:47 p.m. Climbers were Jerry Mohler, Frank Moore, & leader Greg Hendrickson.
