Description:
This is the second of two class sessions for crevasse rescue. This class will focus on self-rescue techniques for getting out of a crevasse (prusiking out of a crevasse) and also on how to set up the basic rescue systems for pulling people out. This will be a hands-on session building from information learned in the previous class. Attendance at both the 6/8 and 6/15 sessions is required in order to participate in the field session on the weekend of 6/18.
