Trip Report

Due to the amazing results of Tuesday's outing and success of the prior Tuesday's outing, my general reluctance to cancel outings, an the overall agreeable nature of our volunteers we met at the Fox Hollow Trailhead for extra credit bridge cleaning. Our group of volunteers hiked along the Ridgeline Trail towards the Willamette & 52nd Trailhead cleaning drainage ditches and bridges. It was very beneficial to hike during a rain storm as we were able to more easily identify places to improve the drainage of water from the trails. On this outing our work included literal muck raking. We didn't make it as far a Willamette & 52nd but did make it to the low wet section just before the Mariposa Woodlands before hiking back.
