Trip Report

Starting in the rain, we walked from the north trailhead taking trail 3, 4, and 2 for 2 1/2 hours to the summit. The sun tried to join us for our muffin treats at the sighting pedestal. Since it was Larry's first time at Pisgah, some of us walked with him to lower Arboretum trails and White Oak Pavilion. . It was a good workout with many wildflowers in bloom. The pink fawn lilies were just appearing at the Patricia Baker Flower Garden
