Description:

Olallie Lake Resort is a high mountain, rustic resort in the Mt. Hood National Forest. There are several shallow lakes to paddle, plus hiking trails. We will stay in 2 yurts and a cabin. There are not enough beds for everyone, but there is plenty of room for small RV's or cots. There is no running water, electricity or bathrooms in the units; stoves and lights are powered by propane or kerosene. There are outhouses and outdoor water spigots. We will share 2 potluck dinners; breakfasts,lunches, snacks, and drinks are on your own. The resort is approximately a 3 hour drive from Eugene with the last 6 miles on a rough, gravel road. Members have sign-up preference through June 20.
Within 5 days of signing up, send a check payable to the Obsidians for the full amount; mail to Pat Esch, 1555 Monterey Ave, Eugene, 97401. The cost includes the lodging, use of facilities, and trip fees. The entire fee is forfeited if you cancel after August 6 unless someone on the Waiting List takes your place or you find a substitute.
