Description:

Departs at: Spring Blvd Trailhead (at the north end of Skyline Park).
From the Spring Blvd Trailhead we will hike up to Mt. Baldy, down to Dillard Rd, crossing the Amazon Headwaters Trail, crossing Fox Hollow and continuing on the Ridgeline Trail, up the Tie Trail and on to the summit of Spencer Butte and back.

Trip Report

Four of us met at the base of Mt. Baldy for our 9.5 mile hike up to the top of Spencer Butte. Sunshine and great cloud formations awaited us. After snacks and Dave taking selfies we headed back down to our cars. We then met at Hideaway Bakery for nourishment. What a great day for my first Obsidian trip lead.
