For this month's outing we'll work to get the trail a fresh start to the New Year. We will work to clean the main trailhead steps, West Trail cobble, summit steps, and kiosk as well as replace broken rails in the West Trail fence.

Trip Report

For the first outing of the New Year, we met Dev at the main trailhead to work to remove muck from the West Trail.

A surprising amount of muck had accumulated on along the lower portion of the West Trail. We worked very hard scraping the muck from the cobble section of the trail. We also cleared muck from the drainage features along this section of the trail.
