Trip Report

A one word description of this trip is hot. The two of use started hiking around 10:30. It was breezy and not too hot, sky was clear and there was a haze. Two thirds of the way to the top Noah wanted to know where the helicopter was to take him to the top. By now it was around 88 degrees and no breeze. At this time it became clear to me that we were not going to the top. We return to the car, found a place along the road that gave use good views of the 3 Sisters, Jefferson, Washington and Three Finger Jack. We still had a good time but we watched the car thermometer hover between 88-93 degrees down into the valley.
