Description:

UPDATE: CHANGED to a SPENCER BUTTE HIKE. Since There is a Frozen Trail Run Fest (50k, 25 K and 5 K) at Mt. Pisgah on Saturday morning, I changed the hike to the Ridgeline Trail system and Spencer Butte. This would take around 3 hours.

Meet at Martin Street. Moderate Pace.

Trip Report

We opted for a loop trip taking Amazon Headwaters trail up to Fox Hollow, over to Dillard, up Baldy to Spring, and then a lower trail to Old Dillard Road. Back at West Amazon, we took the Rexius Trail back to Martin Street. It was sunny and almost warm on Baldy but the temperature dropped quickly at lower elevations. The loop took 2 hours and 45 minutes.
