Trip Report

cold day, high of 12 degrees. low snow pack at salt ck so we elected to attempt Fujji from Waldo trailhead. Pretty deep fluffy light snow, plenty Larry found out how hard it is to get up in it let alone from a tree well. Well come to think of it so did Harold and all of us at one time or another. This I miscalculated our ski time, should've said it was a 3 Harold sandwich day, not just 2 and Pat remembered his lunch this trip. As tired as Larry was, he was a great sport with a great attitude and we did not have to bury him on the summit. We did end up skiing out via headlights, very glad everyone had them. Summited and all had a great day all in all, a real adventure. Think some might even go on another trip! This was Erics first BC ski with obsidians, was nice to meet him.
