Description:

This is a loop trail to upper Trestle Falls and lower Trestle Falls.

Most of us will meet at LCC, then travel to meet-up with Michael at the Walmart Park & Ride in Cottage Grove, before heading to the trailhead.

Trip Report

We managed to get above the fog and into sunshine. The falls were full and flowing.

If you aren't familiar with it... Trestle Creek Falls was named one of the '7 Waterfall Wonders of the Eugene, Cascades & Coast Region' by our tourism bureau. Outside Cottage Grove, it makes an easy-to-access, year-round hike. You can optionally do a short trip to the lower falls, or the full loop adding the Upper falls.
