Description:

Restoring Riparian Areas in the Upper Willamette: Beavers and the Humans Who Act Like Them
Join Elizabeth Goward and Daniel Dietz of the McKenzie River Trust as we explore the history of the Willamette floodplain and share how two keystone species, beavers and humans are helping to reshape floodplain restoration. We will examine riparian projects taking place in the upper Willamette that restore riparian floodplain processes and how working with, and acting like, beavers can help us to become better stewards of the land.
