Description:

We have a permit for five nights starting April 30 for the Escalante Route. The “official Obsidian hike” only includes on-trail start to finish. Travel and associated lodging are on your own.

If for some reason anyone signed up is unable to go, we may invite someone from the wait list. Due to the nature of the trip, approval by both the trip leader and other participants will be required.

This hike is more demanding than what we did the past two years.
