Description:

Meet in parking lot on Q & Pioneer Pkwy in Springfield, behind Sheri's and Jack in the Box. We will do the loop clockwise and see all 10 waterfalls. This is an amazing hike with trails going behind many of the waterfalls. Fall colors should be amazing. The path can be slippery by the waterfalls and there are several sets of rock stairs. Bring polls if not 100% sure footed.

Trip Report

We had a delightful day of sunshine, golden yellow leaves and fall crisp air. Two of our group had never hiked the trail. They were in awe of walking behind these amazing waterfalls. The crowds were light for a fall Friday. With four speedy hikers we finished the loop in record time. A highlight was spending time in the old fashioned gift shop and historic lodge. This is a yearly must do hike!
