Brisk hike. Mostly shaded ups and downs with long lunch break at Charlton Lake.
Swimming opportunity.

Trip Report

Escaping the valley heat we drove to the Twin Peak trail-head of the Waldo Lake road.
From there we hike Tween Peak trail to PCT and then all north to sparkly Charlton Lake.
We everybody went swimming before enjoying long lunch break.
It was just before 4 PM when our happy group finished 13.1 mile trek.
