Description:

A section of the Ridgeline Trail system that isn’t as heavily used as the parts nearer Spencer Butte. It also offers alternate paths so it is not a straight out and back. Our pace will be moderate.

Trip Report

We had luck. Managed to get this done between major rain events. We made a few adjustments to our hike to make sure we got to Mt Baldy. We took the lower trail when we got to Fox Hollow trailhead, a little faster. We took the bike trail up to the top of Baldy. Here it starts to rain and the wind increased. We took the other trail down and picked up the power line and made a quicker hike back to the cars. Slightly damp but everyone enjoyed.
