Description:

We need a spring cleanup at the Lodge to:
• Cut back sword ferns, weed and clean planting beds.
• Mulch planting beds.
• Clean, weed and mulch recently planted trees and other plants.
• Pressure wash handicap parking area. You would want storm boots and pants (the heavy duty, impermeable rain gear) and ear protection to do this.
• The gutters on both the Lodge and the storage building need cleaning. This would involve working from a ladder.
• Ivy and poison oak are climbing and taking over some trees and needs to be cut out. This would likely mean contact with the poison oak so knowledge of your sensitivity to it and how to deal with it would be important if you want to take this on.
• And... who knows what else I might dream up!

Trip Report

Wow, it is amazing what a dozen folks can do in three hours! Specifically we would cut back sword ferns; weed and clean planting beds; mulch planting beds; clean, weed and mulch recently planted trees and other plants; pressure wash handicap parking area; weeding, weeding and more weeding; and clean the gutters on both the Lodge and the storage building. A beautiful sunny spring day was a great backdrop for this industrious crew. Thanks all.
