Description:

Carla and I will be staying in Sisters so others will have to meet us there. I would suggest you do the same . I’d like to be at the trailhead about 9 am. That would mean a 5:30 am start from Eugene. The best views on this hike are with the morning sun shining on Broken Top and the Sisters. Your choice to seek lodging, camp, or drive from Eugene. We’ll meet at the city park in Sisters at 8:30. :NOTE: If you want something in this area a little more challenging, Steve Johnson will cover Tam McArthur Rim and continue on to Broken Top Crater on Sept 9.
