After work in-town hike: Easy
Meet at Alton Baker Park - on Day Island Drive, right after crossing the bridge. It's the parking lot on the left nearest the duck pond and the disc golf course. If unsure of this location, please call/text me. We leave promptly at 6:00 pm.

This trail is named after UO legend Steve Prefontaine. Thought it would be fun to do in advance of the World Meet in July. Although there is no elevation gain, the 4.4 miles does take some stamina. Trail is a mix of hard pack dirt and asphalt. If you have any questions, please text/call me.

Trip Report

A lovely summer evening. Everyone enjoyed walking Pre's Trail. A few had never been before and were pleasantly surprised by how pretty the trail and park are.
