Trip Report

We celebrated Oregon’s 164th birthday a few days early. Starting at the Dorris Ranch we hiked up to Willamette Heights Park and then headed downtown to see the murals: The Sun at LTD Station, Ken Kesey, Official Simpsons, The Oregon Trail, and The Moderns. We picked up the pace at the Booth Kelly Trailhead to complete our loop on the Mill Race and Middle Fork path. Our 8th annual birthday hike took 3 ½ hours. Thanks to all who shared little known Oregon facts. Bathrooms at the LTD Bus Station were appreciated.
