Description:

This trail is on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge, and is shared with mountain bikers. Every step of the way offers beautiful views of the surroundings which include the Gorge, many miles of the Columbia River, Mt. Hood, the towns of Lyle, Washington and Mosier, Oregon, and the massive wall itself. Much of the trail is rocky with difficult footing, so a walking stick{s} or trekking poles are strongly encouraged. Many birds, hawks and others, are seen along the way.
