Description:

This is an out & back hike on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge, with scenic views every step of the way; we’ll be walking up a steady grade on a grassy knoll near the cliff edge which forms the top of Coyote Wall. We share the slope with mountain bikers, but there is a maize of trails, therefore no congestion. Views include east & west along the Columbia River & Mt. Hood. AllTrails shows a loop hike back down thru the woods, but we’ll be doing out & back.
