Trip Report

Seven hearty Obsidians braved 2 1/2 hours of rain, and 1/2 hour of clear skies to walk various trails connecting the Campbell Community Center in Eugene to Island Park in Springfield. We started on the Canoe Canal trail, then followed Pre's bark paths and returned (mostly) along the river trails. Along the way we saw a Sandhill Crane, one Kalapuya Talking stone and crossed two bridges. The fox was hiding from us.
