Trip Report

Busy and beautiful day on the mountain. 8 climbers headed out early Sunday morning along the PCT for the classic North Ridge route of Mt Washington. We had met another large group near the trailhead the night before so we knew it would be a bit crowded on the summit block. The other parties were friendly and cooperative, and we all worked together to help folks move efficiently up and down the ropes. We enjoyed our summit cookies and overall had a fabulous day. Many team members were recent climb school grads and have worked hard to hone their mountain skills. Special thanks to Jamie, who did a fantastic job as assistant leader and Sheri who helped with rappels.
