This amble will take us up, down, and around as we explore the maze of trails within the arboretum at Mt. Pisgah. Some of the trails will have short, steep hills so bring poles if you use them. Meet by the bathrooms.

Trip Report

Under cloudy skies, we explored the open areas within the arboretum boundary then went into the woods as the sun emerged from the clouds. Some of trails had not been explored before by some of the hikers. Two young deer met us on the Hillside Trail and it was fun the watch them. After 3.5 hours, we still didn\'t cover all the trails, which might have been because we stopped often to pick blackberries. This was a very enjoyable way to spend a summer morning.
