Berry Creek-Nelson Ridge-Princess Tasha Loop

Description:

Due to smoke, the previous listed Vivian Lake hike is cancelled and this beautiful 7.1 mile loop just north of Florence is the runner up. It's a lovely loop trail, featuring views, old-growth forest and meadows. Possibly some muddy sections and easy creek crossing. I haven't hiked it in many years but recent All Trails comments continue to give it high marks. Could have some overgrown sections, suggest long pants. If folks are interested in stopping in Florence for ice cream or coffee on the way back, we will do that. Driver carpool fee suggested donation: $15.00.
