Description:
The meeting place is behind McDonalds at Main St and 126, Springfield, with 130 round trip driving miles ($14.30), 8:00am. The first hike will be to Blue (Tamolitch) Pool. The trail meanders upstream along the McKenzie River for 2+ miles to Tamolitch Pool. This is a lovely place to hang out for a bit before hiking back to the parking lot. Sahalie Falls Trailhead is 6 miles further on 126. This beautiful hike is a waterfall loop with views of Sahalie and Koosah Falls from both sides the the McKenzie River. This area is stunning during every season.
