Trip Report

A cool, cloudy morning ramble from the Owen Rose Garden to the Greenway Pedestrian/Bike Bridge to the 1.4 mile loop trail surrounding the Delta Ponds. We returned to the Ruth Bascom East Bank trail via a path on Delta Ponds Road. A majority of our group opted to do the longer 7.5 mile route which continued over the Owosso bridge, and continued along the West Bank Path, leading us back to the Rose Garden. We saw a variety of waterfowl enjoying the ponds and surrounding wetlands.
