Trip Report

The halls were decked, the rafters rang, the tables groaned, the spirit flowed, and all 69 chairs were filled by Obsidians and guests.

Much year-round and seasonal cooperation were involved - in getting the tree and greens, in decorating, in bringing the favorite dish, in building a blazing fire, in kitchen & table help, and then in raising voice to Edythe Pearson's accompaniment. Santa's elves were much in evidence. If you were there you heard an enthusiastic Santa commend us, and if you missed it, plan now for Christmas 1978, for you were missed.
