Join me on my Annual Obsidian barefoot hike. ➳We are designed to walk barefoot but evolved to shoes wearing creatures. Barefoot walking is candid way to feel the earth under your feet. There are many health benefits and some risks associated with going barefoot. Please use common sense. Carry sandals or (and) thick socks and use in case you are unable to handle sand under your feet. This year we will start at Baker beach and hike north to the Darko’s Hidden Cove. After the snack break…same way back.

Annual barefoot beach. This year we walked from Baker Beach to Darko's hidden cove. Good party, low tide and NW wind.
