Description:
This 9AM to noon, fun and satisfying local Obsidians Stewardship project will be coordinated by the City of Eugene Parks and Open Space.
The Obsidians will be planting Black Oak and other trees in the Bethel Park. Planting these trees is attempt to mitigate the loss of Oregon ash trees at the site when the Emerald Ash Borer arrives in this area. The City of Eugene Parks and Open Space management is looking to increase the diversity of trees in this natural area because we are likely to lose ash.
Please park near the corner of Haviture Way and Avalon St.
