Trip Report

Today we worked at the Native Plant Nursery operated by Friends of Buford Park & Mt. Pisgah. We pulled weeds in the garden beds of native grass. The seeds will soon be harvested.
This great grassroots organization is interwoven with volunteers at every level. For 35 years Friends of Buford Park & Mt. Pisgah has been helping to preserve and improve unique habitats of the greater Mt. Pisgah area.
Thank you volunteers and Happy National Trail Day.
