Description:

This is one of the prettiest hikes in the Cascades. It offers beautiful meadows and great views in a relatively short hike. Because of the dry conditions, this is the earliest I've ever done this hike. The hike is listed as a moderate, but be warned, there is some scrambling involved to get to the great viewpoint. Some of us may stop at Takoda's Restaurant after the hike.
