Description:
Dan's Trail, from Chip Ross Park to Dimple Hill. This is a very nice out-and-back, a part of the McDonald-Dunn Research Forest. About 1,500' elevation gain. All-Trails map: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/oregon/dans-trail-chip-ross-park-to-dimple-hill?sh=fsktyc
Be prepared for possible muddy areas. This is not a conditioning hike, but the 1500' elevation gain and 7.5 miles will provide a good workout.
Arrive by 8:50am, Jerry's on Hwy 99, - the northeast corner of the parking lot closest to the highway.
Suggested carpool donation: $8.80 per passenger.
