Description:
Meeting Place: Jerry's Home Improvement on Hwy 99. The parking lot area in the northeast corner, closest to hwy 99.
This is a relatively easy hike, but participants must be comfortable with 6.6 miles. We'll hike counter clockwise through this training forest for Oregon State University; tall pines and some views, an old quarry, and hills. The trail is a fire road, very foot friendly. Might catch the end of fall leaves.
Parking at this trailhead is limited, carpooling is necessary. Offer to drive if you can, and those who need a ride, contact drivers ahead of time otherwise we'll arrange in the parking lot to the least number of vehicles possible.
