E2C Kayak Dexter to Jasper

Description:

We will kayak on the Willamette from Dexter to Jasper, class 2, for a total of 8 river miles. The rapids are fairly small and straight forward but you should be comfortable in class 2 water. Bring a lunch as we will stop mid day.
We will meet at the parking area across the street from the Jasper Store and coordinate the shuttles from the there (Jasper Store-36763 Jasper -Lowell Rd). This trip is part of the Eugene to Crest (E2C) series; see the May Bulletin for additional information about this project.
