Trip Report

For this scheduled Trail Maintenance Trip, the Trail Crew returned to the same area worked on in July, to further improve the landslide area on Upper Fall Creek Trail. We carried and wheel-barrowed 4x4 lumber two miles to the site, but found that our tools and metal bars were inadequate to accomplish the task. Leaving the materials handy (for the next trip!), we trimmed and improved drainage in the area until quitting time. Hearty thanks for hauling and heaving and other good trail work go to Obsidian workers Dallas & Jack Cole, Leona Devine, Richard Heinzkill, Ray Jensen. Velma Shirk led the trip.
