Description:

The weather in May can change rapidly. Usually, any snow or rain moves through quickly. I have seen no bugs and bugs this time of year. We will be driving up hwy 58, passing Summer Lake and on to Plush. At that point we are about an hour from camp. We will camp at Warm springs camp ground. There are several hikes from the CG so you are not completely dependent on cars. There are both hot and warm spring close to camp. I recommend the hot spring. I will bring a couple of camping stoves for hot water. Also a large net tent in case of bugs. No cost for CG. Good pit toilets.
