Description:

This trip is for everyone - those who have their own boat and those who don’t. Clear Lake is a beautiful lake with crystal clear water and magnificent views.
Kayaks can be rented for $45/day. Life jackets will be provided.
$9 parking fee per vehicle at Clear Lake OR free with a Forest Service or National Park Pass
Suggested compensation to drivers @11 cents per mile is $18.70

Trip Report

What a perfect day we had for a paddle on beautiful Clear Lake. Only 3 people rented kayaks, all the rest had their own, which was quite different from when we did this trip last year. Two people stated it was their first Obsidian outing and felt very welcomed. I expect we will see them again.
