Trip Report

A gloomy weather prediction dampened enthusiasm for our snowshoe outing to Maxwell Snowpark however the weather turned out to be excellent with mostly cloudy skies but dry with occasional warming rays from the sun. From the snowpark we took the 5.25 mile south loop to the South Maxwell shelter. The shelter is small but in good shape with nice views of Browder Ridge.
