Description:

We will be doing a one day climb of Middle Sister via the Pole Creek trailhead on the eastside. We will be getting a very early start to make full use of the long day. Meet up details will be coordinated by email ahead of time.

Trip Report

We got an early start at about 3:30am knowing it would be hot on the glacier. The trail was clear and snow started around 7400ft. Good steps up the steepest part if the climb, but were glad to get up as early as we did as things were already getting soft on our descent. We summited about 9:30 and and had some good glissading on the way down. Back at the car around 1:30pm. Great day!
