Mt Pisgah Sunset/Moonrise

Description:

Moonrise is at 8:40 and sunset is 8:56. Look for us by my car a row or two down from the fee box.. Current plan is take Trails 7,3, and 1. If a hot day, we might want include a section of shady Trail 4.

Trip Report

It was Karen's third trip and we signed her application. Moonrise was at 8:40 but there were too many clouds for us ta viewing. Instead we walked down the the trail enjoying the colorful sunset at 8:56. It was a pleasant evening hike.
