Trip Report

We hiked into Jeff Park in fog. As we ascended to "The Beach", it began to rain. We hurriedly set up tents and spent the night.

By daylight the rain and snow had stopped, but the fog didn't clear until about 9, too late for us to start out across the Whitewater Glacier. So instead, we returned to our cars in fabulous weather, getting those glorious views of the mountain that we missed on the way in.

Would-be climbers were Amber Bell, Dylan Farque Steve Kuhn, Juli McGlinsky, Ron Unger, LiLi Weldon and Wayne Deeter, leader.
