Trip Report

Met at 8:00 AM at Albertsons (57th & Main in Springfield) and departed in one vehicle for the Vivian Lake trailhead. Left trailhead about 10:30 AM for the mountain. Arrived at Divide Lake about 12:15 PM and took a break. Climbed for about ½ hour and arrived at the top. Stayed on top about 1 hr and headed down. Left Divide Lake at about 2:30 PM and got back to the car after 4:00 PM. We had to stop several times to introduce our nonmember (who was very new to Oregon) to the delights of huckleberries. He even took some home for his wife! Arrived back at Albertsons at about 6:15 P.
