Description:

We'll start from the Pleasant Hill side. Meet at the East Trailhead at 8:30. We will take trail 6 to 2 to 4 to 1, then to the top and back down to 1 to 3 then back to 6. If you are unfamiliar with this trailhead you can contact the leader. Obsidian protocols for social distancing will be observed on the hike. Refer to main website page for information.

Trip Report

Beautiful fall morning, and an eager and happy group who were excited to approach the top from the East trailhead. A bit of wildlife greeted us; Vaux Swifts darting around overhead and a small snake halfway down trail 3. A mix of fog and sun provided an interesting view and vibe. Met other Obsidians who were out enjoying the lovely day. Happy hikers all!
