Trip Report

Tommy and I had a nice window of weather with no rain......We did have a frost the first night......All the trails are nicely maintained, except maybe if you're a skier/sshoer  in the area this winter....Some of the trails with blue diamond markers have as much as 50% of them on the ground.....Creeks are full and the solitude was great....Our Saturday day hike was longer then thought.....Not 9 miles but more like 12 miles.....The views of Mt Thielsen & the valleys below were dramatic....This area is popular for horseback riding....
