Description:

Mt Washington is an awesome climb. We'll hike along the Pacific Crest Trail, gain a ridge that has just enough exposure to make it interesting, then don our harnesses for three pitches of fun, protected rock climbing to the summit. When the rock climbing portion is over, we loop down through the scree field back to the PCT.
This is a long day, minimum of 11 hours, often more like 14 hours. You'll want to be in top mountain climbing shape and be comfortable with exposure.

Enough food and water for a 12 hour day, there is no water on the route.
