Trip Report

We met on an overcast National Trails Day to brush the sides of the Tie Trail in preparation for the City's upcoming improvements of the trail. We hiked up the main trail carrying our loppers, handclippers, weed cutters, and a rake. We hiked down the Tie Trail cutting back brush and blackberries. We preserved the Vine Maple arches over the trail. As we ended our work we enjoyed a light shower and brownies.
